We currently offer shipping within Ireland for a fee of €10. We also offer same day delivery, in Dublin, for orders placed before 1pm. This option is available Monday – Saturday and does not include bank Holiday weekends. For postage to any other zones please email us with your requests and we will happily arrange.

We aim to ship items the next day after purchase.

We do not offer refund/exchange on items purchased in our store. All sales made in our store are final.

Please note that all our pieces have had a previous life and therefore may show slight imperfections. We will specify any noticeable signs of wear so please read comments under each item or get in touch if you are concerned about the condition of any piece. However, if for any other reason, you are not satisfied with your online purchase we ask you to ensure the following:

  • If you wish to return a item(s), please notify us via email within 24 hours of receiving your parcel. Once we agree to the refund, items must then be sent back to us within 7 working days.
  • Items must be unworn, undamaged and returned to us in the same condition before delivery. Please do not remove tags, if tags are cut or tampered with we will not process your refund.
  • We do not cover return shipping costs but we will refund the initial postage fee.
  • We recommend that your track your return parcel. We are not liable for missing post and cannot process refunds for any parcels that may go missing. 
  • Please note that all sales on earrings are final (in store and online). This is for hygiene reasons.
